So I'm hanging out in LA, doing what I do (that last phrase was an inside joke for my brother Sam, btw), thinking "You know, I would really like to play some shows while I'm sorting out exactly what the hell I'm doing with my next album and with whom I'm doing it, etc etc etc...." and a conversation with my manager led to a conversation with my booking agent, and in 24 hours they came back to me with an answer:

Waking up, drinking my liver cleanse shake.

Don't think I mentioned it, but about 10 days ago I started a month-long liver cleanse.
All was going really well, feeling amazing, eating vegetables and fish and drinking highly fulfilling nutrition shakes...and then had an out of town visitor who's as much of a foodie as I am, and was a bit derailed.

The past two weeks have been strange.
Lots of movement, lots of change, lots of creativity.

I am so focused on everything I am working on creatively, and it's exciting.
