Waking up, drinking my liver cleanse shake.

Don't think I mentioned it, but about 10 days ago I started a month-long liver cleanse.

See, so much of what I do passes through that filter before it makes it onto my website, into my conversation...there are so many layers of judgment, harsh criticism, weighing of the pros and cons...and I keep thinking about the reasons for all of this.

It's true.

Eating bread also tastes better than running.
But today I did both. More bread than running. Need to shift that ratio.

Living on the road is hard!!! Especially in India. People seem to like to feed me here. A lot. And it's considered quite rude to refuse something offered to you. (At least that's what I've been telling myself.)
I'm just trying to be diplomatic, people.
Which means lots of bread. And sweets. And butter.

Just came back from a wonderful dinner at Indigo and a crazy day of shopping at the Levi's store in Mumbai.
